Following the leadership all-hands last Tuesday, the team has aligned on three core priorities for the remainder of the quarter.
Firstly, we will continue to move the needle on our core KPIs while maintaining our commitment to the North Star metric. Cross-functional synergy remains critical.
The roadmap has been updated to reflect stakeholder feedback from the most recent planning cycle. Bandwidth has been reallocated accordingly.
We will circle back on outstanding items in the next sprint review. At this point in time, alignment is strong and the team is executing well.
